Some people reject authoritarian submission and aggression regardless of which direction it points

Evidence

The ‘““Low-Lows” were unauthoritarian, period. They rejected submitting to the established authorities, and to revolutionary authorities as well. They rejected “stomping out the deviants” on the RWA Scale and “stomping out the Establishment” on the LWA Scale. They were against forcing conventions upon anyone, whether society’s or those of a revolutionary movement. In short, with the integrity Low RWAs have often shown in other contexts, they rejected authoritarianism, however it was dressed and wherever it wanted to go. I would call them “Unauthoritarians.” — Bob Altemeyer, The Authoritarian Specter, 2902
