Scholarship on intension and extension never considered OR-structured concepts.
Evidence
The possibility that OR might be used in concept structure does not appear in the literature on intension and extension. As far as I can tell it is extremely rare for an adjective or hyphen to mean OR in terms of concept structure. However, as the next section illustrates, one can want to increase extension by adding secondary-level dimensions and hence implicitly use a best shot concept structure. — Gary Goertz, Social Science Concepts and Measurement, 1436
