Researchers never tested Holocaust perpetrators with the F Scale itself
Evidence
Unfortunately, no one administered the F Scale or any of its variants to a representative sample of the people who actually committed the Holocaust— or, at least, to those who were known to have committed it. Analogue scales and analogue-dependent measures—such as support for conservative parties, or for capital punishment, or aversion to homosexuality, or dislike of some other ethnic group—just do not answer the question. — Leonard S. Newman and Ralph Erber (eds.), Understanding Genocide, 459
