In white evangelicalism, these tend to be limited to things like traditional marriage, opposition to abortion, or sexual morality. Usually, such claims are followed by an exhortation that Christians should gain access to more levers of power to ensure that the nation faithfully embodies these moral claims. When the discussion of moral issues is limited to the same few topics, however, the topics omitted are usually absent in service of white Christian nationalism.
