Justification is irreversible but a separate sanctification garment is required
Evidence
After we “put on” Christ’s righteousness—once it is imputed to us— it is irreversible. It gives us eternal security. In other words, the “justified” cannot be ejected from that status of Christ’s righteousness. It would be called “double jeopardy.” … Revelation 19:8 speaks of another kind of garment called the “garment of fine linen.” These are the “righteous acts or deeds of the saints”—our sanctification garment. And this is the “inward” garment that we must have on in order to enter the marriage festivities. No other bridal attire will do! — Chuck Missler, The Kingdom, Power and Glory, 1539
