Justification must precede any effective sanctification cleansing

Evidence

It is very important to understand that unless we have asked Jesus Christ into our hearts to be our Savior and have been born again by His Spirit (justified), all that we have read in this book about the importance of sanctification will be of no use. The Bible tells us that without Christ’s blood there is no remission of sin nor access to His presence. In order for God to cleanse us, we must first have a new spirit (power source or life source) within us that will produce something different from what we naturally think, feel, or want to do. We need the Holy Spirit in our hearts in order for there to be a true cleansing and change of heart. — Chuck Missler, The Kingdom, Power and Glory, 1613
