Warday Galla
The Warday Galla (also known as Warday) were a Galla (Oromo) subgroup inhabiting the Tana River region of what is now Kenya. During the late 19th and early 20th centuries, they were pressured by Somali groups such as the Darod and the British colonial administration, which moved them and forced assimilation and emigration that largely extinguished them as a distinct group by the 1930s.
