Three Worlds Theory

The Three Worlds Theory is a Marxist–Maoist geopolitical framework that divides the world into three categories: the superpowers (US and USSR), the developed/imperialist nations, and the developing nations of the third world, positing that the third world should be a united revolutionary force. The claims discuss it in terms of its political effects, such as subordinating mass movements to national-bourgeois states.
