The trial judge granted every Harvard motion to dismiss, accepting their arguments wholly.

Evidence

As I read through his fifteen-page decision, all I could see was a reiteration of Harvard’s argument. The judge did not consider anything my attorneys had said, nor did he seem to be moved by any part of the complaint. Instead he embraced Harvard’s argument and did not give our pleading any consideration. He took every single one of their arguments and summarized why they were, in his opinion, legally defensible. He then ended each point that Harvard motioned to dismissed with the word ALLOWED. All caps and bolded. — Tamara Lanier, From These Roots, 1202
