Speaker sensitivity gives SPL at one meter per watt of power input.
Evidence
In order to do this we need to work out what level the sound will be some distance away from the loudspeaker. Fortunately, this can be done very easily, as manufacturers provide a parameter called the speaker’s sensitivity. This measures the sound pressure level (SPL) emitted by a loudspeaker at one meter for 1 W of electrical power input. — David M. Howard, Jamie Angus, Acoustics and Psychoacoustics, 2510
