Slave revolts were remarkably restrained and never featured rape
Evidence
Not many of the whites lost their lives in this conflict—ten killed, two murdered, and one or two burned in houses. When we consider that some fifty thousand slaves had broken loose, acts of cruelty or ill-usage were extremely rare; and there was no truth, or very little, in the stories of the violation of women. … The inflammatory thought of white women being raped by rebelling black slaves seeking racial vengeance rarely spurred men on to gallant deeds. Indeed, there is not one recorded case of rape during the revolts, though several white women were killed. — Cedric J. Robinson, Black Marxism_ The Making of the Black…, 2068

- SEED: Article angle: the rape-of-white-women myth that followed every slave revolt despite zero documented cases — a manufactured panic across Jamaica, Brazil, and Demerara.
- CANDY: Fifty thousand slaves broke loose and the death toll was ten whites — with not a single recorded rape across multiple revolts and colonies.
