Sasa is lived micro-time while zamani spans all time as macro-time

Evidence

For this reason, sasa is the most meaningful period for the individual. Even though sasa is an experiential extension of the direct experiences, it is not a mathematical constant. Sasa also indicates the temporal existential dimension, which is projected into the immediate future, the past and in the zamani. In fact, zamani is both the uncertain and future, and sometimes it is conceived as the unlimited past. While sasa is in itself a near future, a dynamic present and an experienced past, conceived as micro-time, zamani instead is neither limited to the past nor to the present nor to the future, but is fulfilled on a wider scale and is conceived as macro-time. — Frans Dokman, Beyond Bantu Philosophy_…, 267
