Reverberation decay should be a smooth exponential of constant dB per unit time
Evidence
We have seen that the decay should be a smooth exponential of a constant number of decibels of decay per unit time. We also know that different sorts of music require different reverberation times. In many cases the answer is, βIt depends on the situation.β However, there are a few general rules that seem to be broadly accepted. β David M.
