Recently, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. It had already spread beyond the pancreas when I was diagnosed so it cannot be treated with surgery. Last week, I started a course of chemotherapy that I will continue every other week for the foreseeable future. Though the chemo makes me sick some days, for the most part, I am handling it well.
