LARES enhancement was imperceptible during music but obvious during pauses.

My favorite way of demonstrating the system was to play a multichannel classical recording with significant reverberation, and, while it was playing, I would gradually fade in the LARES enhancement. The change was never noticed, but when the music was paused the reverberation continued. Listener vocalizations, hand claps, etc. were then reverberated as if in a hall, not a home theater.
