Information and knowledge are generally taken as identical and synonymous. It is assumed that reality consists of data or bits of information and this information is, in principle, recordable and storable. Therefore, it is also possible, in principle, for a receiver to know everything or at least to have access to all knowledge. But this primitive epistemology, admittedly primitively described, will not do the intellectual work or carry the argumentative freight heaped upon it. Knowledge is, after all, paradigmatic.
