Both Jeffree Star Pets and Scorpio Logistics were incorporated in Wyoming in 2020, but both were dissolved about a year later because of Star’s failure to file required annual paperwork and pay taxes, even though Jeffree Star Pets still manufactures and sells products on Star’s website.
