According to Hindi-language news network NDTV India, the really scary part of this fascist trajectory is that Modi’s right-wing government shortly thereafter began to build India’s first “mass detention center” (which look suspiciously like internment camps to me) for Muslims who were stripped of their Indian citizenship by this absurdly Islamophobic law.
