Blind coders reliably scored integrative complexity with high interrater agreement
Evidence
Statements were coded for integrative complexity by three trained scorers who were unaware of the hypotheses to be tested and the sources of the material. Substantial agreement existed among coders (mean interrater r=.84). Disagreements were resolved by discussion among coders and, when necessary, between the coders and the author. — John T. Jost and Jim Sidanius, Political Psychology, 2314
