Adjudication imposes solutions and is not the same as mediation
Evidence
Adjudication implies an authoritative determination by the deciding tribunal imposing a solution upon the parties to a dispute in the respects in which they have failed to agree. Put negatively, the process is not one of mediation - that is, of supervised negotiation. The decision derives its claim to acceptance from the authority of the tribunal to settle such a dispute and not from the parties t ultimate 4.
