A thread’s first message reveals what members think matters to the group
Evidence
Threads that were related to the in-group, out-group, or both were selected for further coding. In the current study, only the first message that had content that could be coded was examined. The rationale for examining the first message of each thread was that it likely reflects what Stormfront members think will be of interest to the group. — Roderick M. Kramer, Geoffrey J.
