A Hellfire missile kills everyone within 15 meters of impact

Evidence

As a military play on words puts it, the drone makes it possible “to put warheads on foreheads.” It is estimated that the AGM-114 Hellfire fired by the Predator drone has a “kill zone” of 15 meters—which means that all those who happen to be within a radius of 15 meters around the point of impact, even if they are not the designated target, will die together with the target. As for the “wound radius,” that is estimated to be 20 meters. — Grégoire Chamayou, A Theory of the Drone, 470 (#corroborates, via linked claim)
